Care home managers award…
A care home manager has the won the award for England’s top nurse!
Care home manager Martyn Davies, who owns and manages Urmston Manor residential home in Manchester, was given the Chief Nursing Officer Award after transforming the care home from ‘inadequate’ to ‘outstanding’ Care Quality Commission status in 12 months.
He’s lived in the home since March to give added protection to his residents, which clearly shows how committed he is!
